Target is sponsoring numerous events in 17 states in an effort to make the arts available to everyone. I was very excited to see there is an event being offered in Pennsylvania, and it’s at the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia! Every first Wednesday of the month, entry to the Please Touch Museum will be FREE from 5 to 7 p.m. How awesome!
